Lenier and his team did a first rate job. They went above and beyond on our main roof, redoing the flashing to seal it beautifully. Still, they finished most of the roof in one day. Then our upper deck was dismantled in order to replace the flat roof under it, which leaked after heavy snow this year, and laid down a tough membrane to seal it completely. His framer added a slight pitch to ensure water runoff and installed composite boards for a trouble-free surface. The deck posts were framed up without nails to maintain the roof seal and the final railing structure was amazingly solid. Everyone communicated precisely and courteously so there were no surprises during the work. I have never hired a contractor who operated with more integrity than this business. If you are looking for a superb job - big or small - at a reasonable price, look no further.
